Enamelling dies are widely used for enamelling wire for electric motor windings and electromagnetic coils.

These produce a regular and homogeneous application of successive layers of enamel on round or shaped wires thanks to their high concentricity.

In addition to the traditional round dies, we can also provide you with dies for specific shapes, which we will develop with you.

Depending on your needs, we offer both vertical and horizontal enamelling dies with carbide or diamond inserts.

Enamelling dies with diamond inserts (PCD) have a much longer service life than those with carbide inserts, while providing a better surface finish.
They are also cheaper than solid carbide, although their quality is equally satisfactory.
